Physical activity is a way to lead a safe, healthy, and longer life. Physical exercise is directly linked to the strength and growth of bones and muscles, helps maintain or restore proper posture, develops movement coordination and balance, and strengthens the cardiovascular system, and positively impacts the respiratory and digestive systems. Better health and physical activity improve emotional and psychological well-being, increase self-confidence, and enhance mood.
We invite you to take part in physical activity sessions and kinesiotherapy exercises. Every day, you can join group kinesiotherapy classes or have individual sessions with a kinesiotherapy specialist. You can also work out individually in our cardio training room.
